  • Tomonori Danzaki

    Tomonori Danzaki, trained by Guy Savoy, Bernard Loiseau and at “Taillevent”, joined Joël Robuchon in 1994 for the opening of Joël Robuchon’s gastronomic restaurant in Tokyo where he became it’s Executive Chief. In 2005, he was in charge of Joël Robuchon’s gastronomic restaurant in Las Vegas and in 2010 he became the Executive Chief of Joël Robuchon’s gastronomic restaurant in Singapour.
