The idea of L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon was certainly inspired, among other, by Sushi counters where Japanese masters prepare their food in front of their customers. It was fair enough that the first Atelier de Joël Robuchon was born in Tokyo. A sublimely simple concept; an open kitchen on a forty seats counter where several high tables allow customers to observe dishes being prepared and compose their menu according to their appetite since 'La Carte' proposes small portions of great classics. A 'cuisine' elaborated by Joël Robuchon and adapted here by Kenichiro Sekiya and his staff. A selection of wines from all over the world is being proposed to you.
